VABREN manufactures and supplies HDPE smooth geomembrane for containment, waterproofing and environmental barrier systems. Available specifications are selected according to project requirements, installation conditions and applicable standards.
HDPE smooth geomembrane is a low-permeability polyethylene liner designed to contain water, wastewater, process liquids and solid waste. Carbon black and stabilizing additives support outdoor durability, while the smooth surfaces allow adjoining rolls to be joined by controlled thermal welding.
Common uses include landfill base and cap systems, wastewater lagoons, reservoirs, aquaculture ponds, mining facilities, heap-leach pads, evaporation ponds, canals, secondary containment and industrial lining projects.
Select the liner around the contained medium, design life, exposure condition, subgrade, required thickness, interface friction, welding plan and applicable project specification. Smooth HDPE is normally selected for flat or moderately sloped containment areas; textured grades may be preferred where higher interface friction is required.
Prepare a stable, smooth subgrade and protect the liner from sharp objects. Adjacent panels are commonly joined using hot-wedge welding, with extrusion welding used for details and repairs. Seam inspection and testing requirements should be agreed before installation.
Geomembrane is supplied in protected rolls. Roll labels, core support, loading arrangement and export protection are confirmed according to the selected dimensions, quantity and transport route.
Please send the application, required thickness and roll size, total area or quantity, destination port, project specification and any requested test documentation. VABREN will confirm the available grade before issuing the offer.
