Specification confirmation
Material, structure, dimensions, strength grade, applicable standard and special requirements are confirmed before production.
Incoming materials

In-process checks
Dimensions, appearance and process-specific items are monitored according to the selected product and grade.
Final inspection
Shipment verification is based on the agreed specification and available testing arrangement.
Product identification
Roll, bag, pallet or bundle labels are prepared around product grade, dimensions and order traceability.
Container planning
Protection, stacking and loading are planned around product form, container limits and destination.
Test reports, certificate scope, packing quantities and loading data remain product- and order-specific. Only verified documents are released.
