HDPE Smooth Geomembrane
Smooth HDPE liner for reliable containment, waterproofing and environmental barrier systems.
View details →VABREN manufactures and supplies geotextile composite geomembrane for reservoir lining, canal lining and seepage control. Choose one or two geotextile layers, compare membrane thickness and composite strength, download the specification and send your project requirements for a quotation.
A composite geomembrane liner bonds a polymer membrane to nonwoven geotextile by calendering or thermal lamination. The membrane forms the seepage barrier, while the textile provides cushioning and mechanical protection. Staple fiber and continuous filament nonwoven constructions are available.
Applications include reservoir basins, dams, irrigation canals, water storage ponds, aquaculture ponds and civil works seepage control. Select the layer structure and mechanical grade for the subgrade, cover material and hydraulic conditions of the project.
A one-geotextile/one-membrane construction has textile bonded to one face. A two-geotextile/one-membrane construction places textile on both faces. Specify the layer sequence, membrane thickness and textile type separately when comparing composite geomembrane quotations.
Choose membrane thickness, total mass and nominal composite strength as separate specification fields. The tables below list hydrostatic pressure by layer structure and mechanical grades by nonwoven type.
