Short-Fiber Needle-Punched Geotextile
Permeable short-staple nonwoven geotextile for separation, filtration, drainage and geomembrane protection.
View details →PET continuous-filament spunbond hot-rolled nonwoven for landscape weed control, nursery grow bags and industrial converting. Available in 70–200 g/m² rolls.
PET spunbond hot-rolled nonwoven fabric is made by forming continuous polyester filaments into a web and bonding the structure through heated calender rolls. The result is a lightweight roll material with a flat surface, useful air permeability, dimensional stability and clean converting characteristics.
Primary supplied uses include landscape weed-control fabric, green-plant bags and nursery grow bags. The material can also be reviewed for agricultural ground cover, filtration-support layers, construction carriers, coating, laminating and other industrial converting uses. Outdoor durability depends on the selected UV-stabilized construction and exposure conditions.
The supplied inspection reports identify gray flat-surface grades D3075G and D3085G. Their tested mass, thickness, breaking strength, elongation and air permeability are shown in the technical table below. These results describe the reported samples; the current production specification and matching batch evidence must be confirmed for an order.
Select the material around the finished product, required mass, color, roll width and length, tensile direction, air permeability, planned outdoor exposure, UV requirement and downstream cutting or sewing process. This lightweight thermally bonded product should not replace heavy needle-punched civil-engineering geotextile without technical review.
Rolls can use a paper or plastic core, an outer PE bag and pallet stretch wrapping. The supplied commercial information states a 2 metric tonne minimum order and an indicative 30-day lead time. Final roll weight, packing, quantity, schedule and container loading must be confirmed in the order.
Please send the intended use, required mass, color, width, roll length, UV requirement, quantity, core preference, packing, destination and any strength or air-permeability target.
Values below are taken from the supplied D3075G and D3085G inspection reports. They describe the tested samples and are not a blanket guarantee for every future order. Final dimensions, tolerances, functional treatments and batch documentation are confirmed before supply.
